Description
Born Phillip Hugh Norman Witschke Rudzevecuis on May 19, 1954, in Australia, Phillip Hugh Norman Rudd is best known for his three periods as the drummer for AC/DC (1975–1983; 1994–2015; 2018–present). Rudd was the sole band member born in Australia after Mark Evans, the bass guitarist, left AC/DC in 1977. In 2003, he and the other AC/DC members were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Rudd released Head Job, his debut album, in 2014. Chris Slade took Rudd's place on the 2015 Rock or Bust World Tour because to ongoing legal issues in New Zealand, where he currently resides. On September 30, 2020, AC/DC announced that Rudd would be re-joining the group. #youtubeshorts #facts #shortsvideo
