Description
Made during her final group of Victor recording sessions in September 1930, Galli-Curci sings this aria very well. Her diminished breath control is evident and her high notes are a bit shaky, but her tone is still beautiful. Joan Sutherland also recorded this aria, but I'll take Galli-Curci any day.
