From the DVD. Yes, I'm aware that they are lipsynching. But think about it: if they did try to sing while doing that dance it would sound terrible. They sing with their actual voices in the rest of the DVD so don't complain. (I'll try and upload more of it when I can).

Anywho, Aya Hirano, Chihara Minori, and Yuko Goto, the seiyuu(s)(?) of Haruhi, Yuki, and Mikuru (respectively) from the anime Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya) performing Hare Hare Yukai.
